Installation
It is essential that we offer a full service to the customer on our systems. Installation is one of the most important parts of the system. It’s a known common fault that the majority of all system failures worldwide are due to incorrect installs which is why we do not compromise on installation.
We have our own installation capability and we also have a large network of dealers worldwide who are able to install in most major countries. Our dealers go through vigorous training and write exams to be able to be allowed to install.
Each install is controlled in the same way whether it’s installed by ourselves or our dealers. We operate unique serial numbers which can be tracked to the installer anywhere in the world. This is done through our bespoke software giving full traceability.
This excludes pre-engineered self install systems which will protect from 1 cubic meter to 4 cubic meters. For these pre-engineered systems we offer an installation service at additional cost but also provide a DVD giving careful explanation of installation for self install.
