We operate a bespoke outlook on each system and try not to have a one size fits all approach.
To arrive at the correct system for your risk takes careful understanding of the exact risk and what the system options are. This is not something that you can usually do yourself.
Once we have spoken to you about the risk we maybe able to prescribe a pre engineered system without further survey.
However the norm on most risks and especially higher & larger systems is for us arrange a survey either directly or by one of our dealers who are trained and qualified to do so.
Specifying comes from strict product guidelines & specifications that we have developed from vigorous testing and from years of experience. On many occasions written parameters and drawings from a customer can miss vital points which could be the difference between a system working or not working and the difference between £500 job or a £30,000 job.
We have carried out surveys where the customer thought they needed a huge system and actually we achieved better results at a fraction of the price using a series of small systems and on the contrary we have arrived at customers sites where they expected a few small systems and we have prescribed a large system to cover all risks in one system.
The customer can always provide preliminary details such as drawings and pictures but the quote on most jobs will be subject to a survey.
We have our own test room facilities in Nottingham where we carry out numerous simulations for any risks, which are unusual or vary from the systems usual recommended parameters.
